These terms govern your use of SAIGE — the AI-powered Google Business Profile management platform operated by SAIGE. By creating an account or starting a Free Audit, you agree to these terms.
The service
SAIGE automates content publishing, review management, citation distribution and performance tracking for Google Business Profiles. The service connects to your Google account via OAuth and acts only on the profiles you authorize.
Subscriptions and billing
- SAIGE is sold per Google Business Profile, billed monthly.
- You may cancel from inside the dashboard at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; current month is not pro-rated unless the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies (see below).
- We may change pricing for new subscriptions. Existing subscribers receive at least 30 days’ notice of any price change.
90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
SAIGE provides a performance-based satisfaction guarantee on every new subscription, defined as follows:
- Guarantee target: Top-3 placement in the Google local Map Pack for at least one of the three priority keywords you designate during onboarding, measured within your defined audit area.
- Measurement window: 90 calendar days starting from the date of your first paid charge.
- Keyword designation: Your three priority keywords are recorded in the dashboard during your first paid week and lock as the guarantee target. You may change priority keywords after that for ongoing optimization, but the original three remain the guarantee benchmark.
- If the guarantee target is met within the 90 days, the guarantee is fulfilled and the subscription continues normally at the published rate.
- If the guarantee target is not met at day 90, you owe nothing for those first 90 days: any fees you have paid to date refund in full to your original payment method within 5 business days, AND SAIGE continues managing the profile at no charge until top-3 placement is achieved for at least one priority keyword. Once achieved, normal billing resumes the next billing cycle.
- Exclusions: The guarantee is void if (a) you connect a Google Business Profile that has been suspended or is under active appeal at the time of activation, (b) you remove or restrict SAIGE’s ability to publish, reply or upload during the 90-day window, (c) you change the designated audit area inside the 90-day window, or (d) the profile lacks a published storefront, hours, or contact information that Google requires for Map Pack eligibility.
- Defining “rank”: Top-3 placement is measured by SAIGE’s heatmap reporting across your audit area; a top-3 result on a majority of the audit-grid points for any single priority keyword is sufficient to fulfill the guarantee.

Acceptable use
- You agree not to use SAIGE to publish misleading, deceptive, or policy-violating content on any third-party platform.
- Reviews requested through SAIGE must comply with Google’s review policies — no review-gating, no incentivized reviews.
Liability
SAIGE’s liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to fees paid in the trailing 12 months. Outside of the 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee defined above, we do not guarantee a specific ranking position (e.g. exact #1 placement vs. #3 placement), specific lead volume, or specific business outcomes — local search is influenced by many factors outside our control, including operator service quality, competitive actions, and Google algorithm changes. The 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is the sole and exclusive remedy for failure to achieve a ranking outcome within the first 90 days; thereafter, the standard cancellation terms apply.
